Christmas break schedule

Hey everyone! Hope you've all been enjoying Christmas with family and friends. Here is the tentative schedule for this coming week. Please email me and let me know when you won't be at rehearsals. Even if you've already talked to Mrs. Mays about missing some, it would be helpful if you could shoot me a reminder email, so I can keep track of who will be coming and when.

These dates are for the main cast and understudies. We won't be working on music, since many people will be gone because of Christmas travels, so our BGVs get a little break.

Tuesday, December 28th -- 9:30-12pm set up time

-- 12:30-8pm rehearse on stage

Wednesday, December 29th -- 10am-8pm rehearse on stage

Thursday December 30th -- 10am-2pm rehearse on stage

-- 2-5pm break down set

Bring a lunch each day, and money (preferably small bills) for dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday. Also, if you took your script home, please remember to bring it as Mrs. Mays has requested. We will not have extra copies available. Let me know if you have any questions!

December 10-11 schedule

Hi, everyone! This weekend we are primarily working on blocking, so we don’t need any of the singers who are not onstage. Below are the rehearsal times.

Friday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm (we'll order dinner for whoever needs to stay at church until the 10:31 meeting)

Saturday from 10am to 4pm (bring a lunch or small bills to order out)

I know that a number of you have college classes with finals approaching. If these rehearsal times are going to adversely affect your school work, please let Mrs. Mays know ASAP. If you have no college or school conflicts, let her know that as well. We have a unique advantage this weekend because we have the auditorium on Saturday and both of the basketball girls!
